How to Draw a Cute Bread Loaf - Draw Cartoon Style!

I love drawing cute chibi animals and food!

These types of drawings are super cute to add to any notebook or planner and they also make great drawing projects for kids.

In this post, I’m going to show you how to draw a cute bread loaf step by step so that by the end of the tutorial, you’ll get something like this:

I am currently using an iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil to create my digital art.

But you can use any tool – a pen and paper or color pencils or Copic markers or Photoshop because the drawing method remains the same.

How to Draw a Cute Bread Loaf – Step by Step for beginners

I always start with simple shapes so that anyone can do this drawing.

Let’s start with the top of the loaf. We’ll draw a curve like this on the top center of the page.

Next, I will draw the loaf in the shape of a cat- this is going to be the bread slice in the front. We’ll start with one side first:

If you nail the cat’s ears, you’ll get the cutest cat face, I promise.

Next, we are going to draw the other side of the bread slice:

Next, we’ll draw a small face in the center of the bread slice – this is going to make our bread loaf so cute!

Now, we’ll draw the outer side of the slice – so we’ll do the ears:

Next, we’ll draw the loaf underneath – so join the lines like this:

I’m going to draw extend the line so we get a huge bread loaf:

Then, we’ll complete drawing the loaf:

We’re done!

To complete our cute bread loaf drawing, let’s color it!
